Medicine is entered intravenously by drop infusion slowly. The subsequent transition to oral administration in the same dose is possible. Duration of infusion of 1 bottle of LEVONEXT solution of 500 mg / 100 ml has to be not less than 60 min. The treatment duration which is guided by the course of a disease has to be no more than 14 days. As well as at use of other antibiotics, treatment by this medicine is recommended to be continued within at least 48-72 hours after normalization of body temperature or after reliable destruction of the activator.
